Fried Fofo is a delicacy enjoyed in a large number of regions, though it originated in Olikong. Fofo is a cut of thigh meat from Biggolop. Fried Fofo is often first enclosed in a biscuit-like batter before being deep fried in Bagracon. It is very expensive due to the rarity of Biggolop and the intense labor required to obtain enough Bagracon to fry it in. Fried Fofo is thus often only eaten in celebration. It is a traditional food to eat at the Autumn Festival of many regions.
