Dicocracy is a form of government proposed by economist Joan Wheeler and psychologist Joseph Clock. In a Dicocracy, every 3 years, six representatives of the people are chosen at random, and once a month, a die is rolled to pick one of the representatives. That representative may propose a new law. Then a die is rolled again to pick another representative who can chose to pass or veto the proposed law.
